Starting the journey

    A deep dive to explore the reasons for coaching and begin to create your Wellness plan
  • Foundations
    Our initial 6 sessions include initial discovery where we co-actively being the process. These are approximately weekly sessions

Ongoing steps [advised]

  • Grow
    A further 6 sessions – short and less frequent to really establish your goals and begin to become the coach to yourself
  • Maintain
    3 or 6 monthly sessions to keep you on track
